Para solicitar (ou recadastrar) o Bilhete Único Estudante ou Cartão TOP, o(a) aluno(a) deve:
- Estar devidamente matriculado no Colégio Radial no respectivo ano letivo.
- O endereço enviado no cadastro deve ser o mesmo fornecido ao Colégio. Em caso de incompatibilidade, a solicitação do Bilhete Único Estudante será indeferida.
- Residir a uma distância maior que 1 quilômetro do Colégio.
- Preencher corretamente e por completo (sem abreviações) o formulário de cadastro (1ª via) ou recadastro, a ser preenchido pelo responsável legal.
- Anexar à solicitação um Comprovante de Residência atualizado.
- Após receber o e-mail de confirmação do cadastro ou recadastro, acessar o site sptrans.dne.com.br ou https://sptrans.documentodoestudante.com.br/elegibilidade, no caso de Bilhete Único, ou acessar o site https://www.emtu.sp.gov.br/passe/indexRegiao.htm, no caso de Cartão TOP, para finalizar o cadastro e emitir o boleto para pagamento.
- Após o recebimento do cartão (no caso de 1ª via) ou a compensação do valor (no caso de recadastramento), desbloquear o cartão no site sptrans.dne.com.br ou https://sptrans.documentodoestudante.com.br/elegibilidade (Bilhete Único) ou https://www.emtu.sp.gov.br/passe/indexRegiao.htm (Cartão TOP).
INFORMAÇÕES IMPORTANTES:
- O Colégio Radial realiza apenas o cadastro (matrícula) do aluno no sistema da SPTrans / EMTU. É responsabilidade do(a) responsável pelo(a) aluno(a) a continuidade do processo (cadastro de login, senhas, emissão de boleto, desbloqueio, entre outros).
- Ocorrendo algum problema durante os procedimentos de sua responsabilidade, é necessário dirigir-se a um posto da SPTrans ou EMTU mais próximo de sua residência.
- O cartão é intransferível e deve ser utilizado apenas pelo(a) aluno(a). Seu uso inadequado pode acarretar na perda temporária ou definitiva do direito de uso.
- O cadastro tem validade até o último dia letivo do ano vigente e deve ser realizado anualmente. A data de abertura do cadastro será comunicada por informativo enviado pelo Colégio.
- Em caso de perda ou roubo do cartão, o(a) responsável deve contatar a SPTrans ou EMTU para os procedimentos cabíveis.
